Speed sensors

An ABS wheel speed signal is analysed for more accurate

location determination.

E38/E39/E52/E53 series

The front left wheel sensor supplies the signal. This signal is

processed and then transmitted to the navigation computer via

the ABS/ASC/DSC control unit.

E46 series

The rear left wheel sensor supplies the signal. This signal is

processed and then transmitted to the navigation computer via

the ABS/ASC/DSC control unit.
